It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Leslie Smith Wilkins, Sr., age 92, of Fairfield, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 3, 2023, in Fairfield,  Ohio.   He was born on June 8, 1931, in Georgetown, Kentucky.

The family will observe private services.
