Leonard Lynn Leary, Sr. was born to the union of Eddie and Daisy Leary on January 8, 1932 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

During his lifetime, Leonard served in the U.S. Army.  He enlisted on September 18, 1951 and served his country faithfully until he was Honorably Discharged on September 18, 1954.  Following his time in the military Leonard worked as a mechanic.

Those who knew him will always remember his love and passion for automobiles.  Leonard could always be found with a big smile on his face that would bring a smile to yours.

He departed this life October 20, 2018 at the CareCore at Mthe Meadows Health Care Center.

Among those who remain to cherish his memory are: his children, Leonard (Deidrea) Leary, Jr., Debbie Leary, Tony Leary and Leon Leary; two brothers, John and Cornelius; three sisters, Eva, Carrie and Rosia, a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Saturday, October 27, 2018, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
