Leona Pamela Huff, age 80, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born Tuesday, August 1, 1933 in Lincolnton, Georgia. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Inspirational Baptist Church - City of Destiny, 11450 Sebring Drive, Forest Park (45240) with visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Share special messages with the Huff family at www.HerbWalker.com. Leona Pamela Huff was born on August 1, 1933 in Lincolnton,Georgia to Dave and Daisy Burns. She was the youngest of ten children. Her husband of 35 years, Willie Thomas Huff and her two children, Willie Jr.and Thomas Huff all preceded her in death. Leona was baptized at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Lincolnton, Georgia. After moving to Cincinnati, Ohio, she became a member at Inspirational Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. E. O. Thomas. She served faithfully on the usher board for many years before she became ill. Leona loved to spend quiet time with the Lord and loved the Word Network and listened to the gospel stations on the radio. She was a great homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memories: five sons, Allen Huff, Nelson Huff (Gloria), Marvin Huff, Howard Huff of Marysville, WA., and Elder Anthony (Tony) Huff; one brother, Uncle Peter, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
