**Leon Stallworth** was born on May 24, 1936, in Beatrice, Alabama, to the late John and Leola Stallworth. He was raised with strong values of family, hard work, and perseverance—qualities that remained with him throughout his life.

Leon was preceded in death by his parents, John and Leola Stallworth; his siblings, Rosco Stallworth, Roosevelt Stallworth, Sherman Stallworth, Eunice Stallworth, and Creola Heath; and his stepson, Anthony Booker.

At the age of 15, Leon relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio, becoming the last of his siblings to make Cincinnati his home. Leon was a hardworking and dedicated man who spent many years providing for his family. After an impressive 40 years of service, he retired from Frisch’s and Marathon.

Leon believed in staying busy and working with his hands. In his spare time, he enjoyed doing side work alongside his brothers, creating memories and sharing the value of a hard day’s work.

Outside of work, Leon found his greatest joy in spending time with his family. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. One of his favorite hobbies was making homemade wine from fruit and berries, a pastime that reflected his resourceful and creative spirit.

Leon lived a long life filled with hard work, family, and many cherished memories. His presence, wisdom, and the traditions he shared will continue to live on through those who knew and loved him.

Leon leaves to cherish his memory his former wife, Shirley Stallworth; his sons, Anthony Heath and Jeffrey Stallworth; his brother, John Stallworth Jr.; his sister, Grace Duncan; his grandchildren, Kianna Heath, Jayla Stallworth, and Isaiah Stallworth; his great-grandchildren, Zyanna Byrd, Amar’e Heath, and Zoey Hollis; his great-great-grandchild, Graig Walker Jr.; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Though Leon is no longer with us in body, the life he lived, the lessons he taught, and the memories he created will forever remain in the hearts of his family and loved ones.

His legacy of hard work, strength, and love for family will never be forgotten.
