It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Lena Mae Chapman-Ward, age 78, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born on Tuesday, September 11, 1945, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery.
