TO VIEW / PRINT / DOWNLOAD FUNERAL PROGRAM https://www.scribd.com/document/319625744/Lee-Satterwhite Lee E. Satterwhite Sr. was born April 25, 1960, to Levi and (the late) Shirlene Satterwhite. He was raised in Lincoln Heights, Ohio where he attended school and church services faithfully. Lee left this life and transitioned to the Kingdom of God on July 17, 2016 surrounded by love from his immediate family. Lee had a passion for the outdoors. He enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing, and mowing his lawn. He left home at the age of 18 to take care of his beloved daughter, Denitra R. Satterwhite. He later met, fell deeply in love with and married Deborah A. Ridley and the two were joined as one under God on June 11, 1983. Together they started a beautiful and fulfilling life together. Their union brought forth three children, Talashia D. Satterwhite (Alphonso Gains, four children Al'ashia, Al'eshia, Al'aysia and Alphonso Lee Edward), LeAndra E. Satterwhite (Anthony Harrell, two children Kayoni and Akayle) and Lee E. Satterwhite Jr. (one child, Lee E. Satterwhite III). Lee was extremely BLESSED to see all seven beautiful grandchildren come into this world and grow to be full of love and life as he himself was a true family man. He taught his grandchildren many things that will be carried on in their hearts forever. His grand-babies were his world and the very air he breathed. Lee loved to travel; to the beautiful mountains of Tennessee, Seattle, Washington and Virginia Beach which he loved and often reminisced about the fun times with friends there and how he couldn't wait to go back and had managed to do quite a bit in the last few years. He was always dreaming of going on a cruise but sadly never got the chance. Lee met so many people along his journey and would talk to or help anyone who was in need no one was a stranger to Lee all he saw was family. Lee gave his life to Christ and became an Ordained Minister at New Life Bible College were he received his Associates Degree in Theology. Lee joined the Kroger family in July of 1987 and was there for twenty-eight years until he passed. His daughters were told of how people at work would come to him and ask for prayers and he would stop what he was doing and pray for them. He was a jokester and had the most contagious laugh if you really got him going. His co-workers will miss his smile, warm heart, loving spirit and dedication very much. Pastor Lee E. Satterwhite is and will always be a living testimony! He leaves to cherish his memories: his black rose (his wife), children and grandchildren; father, Levi Satterwhite; brothers, William L. Satterwhite and Tyrone A. Satterwhite (Karen); his sister, Ponso M. Satterwhite; his mother and father-in-law Thomas and Anna Ridley; three brothers-in-law, James, Tony and Thomas (Labarbara); two sisters-in-law, Diane (Joseph) and Angela Satterwhite; one grandfather-in-law James Haugabrook., a whole host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and an abundance of friends and co-workers. We are incredibly grateful for the time we were given with Lee. Rest now my friend. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN. Visitation is from 10:30 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, July 29, 2016, at the Walker - Mt.
