Lazuri Collins, age 24, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born December 19, 1992, in Covington, Kentucky. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, August 12, 2017, at the United Community Christian Church, 1710 Maryland Avenue, Covington (41014). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Mother of God Cemetery.
