IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Latisha Ann
Rocker-Wise
October 26, 1977 – November 15, 2025
Latisha Ann Rocker-Wise was born on October 26, 1977, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Joyce and Larry Wise. She was a bright, loving child whose kindness and creativity were evident from the very beginning. At the age of eight, she was baptized at New Unity Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Mark A. Toney, beginning a foundation of faith that would guide her throughout her life.
Latisha received her education in the Cincinnati Public School system and graduated proudly from Woodward High School in 1997. She later attended Antonelli College, where she continued to nurture her natural artistic abilities and develop her love for creativity and design.
From a young age, Latisha possessed a rare and extraordinary talent. She was incredibly artistic able to draw anything you could imagine and she expressed herself beautifully through her art. She loved to sing, create, and bring her ideas to life in ways that were uniquely hers. Her creativity was not only a gift but a calling. Before her passing, She created an Al-generated soundtrack dedicated to her project, Rancid Apple and developed a heartfelt character named Cadetcelly, designed especially for children living with leukemia. Through videos, songs, and storytelling, she used her imagination to inspire, uplift, and comfort children who were fighting battles far beyond their years. This work became one of her proudest accomplishments and reflected the depth of her compassion.
Latisha was known for her warm spirit, gentle heart, and the love she poured into everyone around her. She was the kind of person who could make anyone feel valued and supported. Her laughter, her conversations, and her presence were a source of peace and joy. To her family, she wasn't just important she was everything.
Above all else, Latisha was a devoted and loving mother to her three children: lann, Ive, and Izaiah. They were her world, her pride, and her greatest blessing. She leaves her children with memories filled with love, strength, and encouragement memories they will hold close forever.
Latisha is lovingly remembered by her parents, Joyce and Larry Wise; her children, lann Wise, Ive Johnson, and Izaiah Wise; and her siblings, Tammy Rocker, Terry Rocker, Larry Wise Jr., and Nikia McCants. She also leaves behind her granddaughter, lyani Bleu, who will be arriving in January. Although she did not have the chance to meet Iyani in person, she loved her deeply and eagerly awaited her arrival with joy. In addition, Latisha is remembered by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, and many friends whose lives were deeply touched by her kindness.
Latisha's life was a testament to love, creativity, and compassion. Her legacy will continue to live on through her children, through the work she created, and through the countless hearts she touched along the way. Though she is no longer here with us in body, her spirit will forever remain a guiding light.
Lovingly remembered, deeply missed, and forever cherished.
