Obituary

A TIME TO BE BORN – Larry Campbell was born August 6, 1952, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the proud parents of Oliver and Betty J. Young Campbell. A TIME TO LEARN – He attended Heberle Elementary School and Bloom Junior High School. He attended Taft High School and obtained his GED. He attended Job Corp where was trained as a mechanist and received certification in Indianapolis, Indiana. A TIME TO PLANT – Larry accepted Christ at age 10. He attended Allen Chapel in the West End. A TIME TO WORK – Larry worked for Pride Cast Metals and Consolidated Metals until his health failed him. A TIME TO DIE – On Saturday, March 16, 2013, Larry passed away from this life into eternity. God saw the road getting rough, the hills were hard to climb. He gently closed his loving eyes and smiled. The weary hours, the days of pain, the sleepless nights are passed. The ever-patient worn out frame has bound sweet rest at last. A TIME TO REMEMBER – Larry leaves to cherish his memories: his beloved wife, Sandra; his loving and devoted mother, Betty Campbell; four brothers, Oliver, Gregory (Pam), Ronald, and Jerome. Four sisters, Cynthia, Pamela, Paula, and Patricia (Ron). He has grandchildren, one great-grandson, and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, March 22nd at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 6210 Betts Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224. Visitation 12:00 pm until hour of service.
