Laeuna Mathis Cincinnati, Ohio Laeuna Mathis, Age 76, of Cincinnati, Ohio, died February 19, 1999, at Hospice of Cincinnati in Ohio. She was born May 28, 1922, the daughter of the late T. B. and Minnie Connors. She is survived by her husband, Hugh Mathis; a son, Michael Mathis of Cincinnati, Ohio; a daughter, Arlene Wilkerson of West Chester, Ohio; one brother, Ballard Connors of Dayton, Ohio; one sister, Regenia Hellman, of St. Louis, Missouri; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Bowles Hawthorn Funeral Home in Mt. Healthy, Ohio, on Tuesday, February 23, 10 a.m., with Rev. Mitchell Birch officiating.
