Lacy  Powell, age 89, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  September 11, 1929, in Jemison, Alabama.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Monday, February 25, 2019, at the Zion Baptist Church - Glenwood Avenue, 630 Glenwood Avenue, Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220.
