Kenneth W. Morton , age 53, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born July 14, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Share special messages with the Morton family at www.HerbWalker.com. Kenneth Wesley Morton born on July 14, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Pearl Elizabeth and Herman Wesley Morton. He was known to friends as Kenny Mo, or just simply 'Mo'. Kenney was the eldest son of five children. Kenneth attended Columbian Elementary, Samuel Ach Jr. High and Porter Jr. High followed by Taft High School. ' Kenny was very proud to serve in the United States Army as a Paratrooper in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky and Infantryman in South Korea on the DMZ. Kenny's most recent working career was spent at Krogers for the past 15 years in Grocery Management where he wore many hats. Kenny enjoyed listening to jazz music, playing chess, fishing, cooking and grilling. He was preceded in death by his elder sister, Jan Renee Morton. Kenny leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted parents, Herman Wesley and Pearl Elizabeth Morton; three siblings, Thane Wesley, Makeba Tyesha, and Jamal Kenyatta Morton; two daughters, Kina Collins and Demyra Harrell; two granddaughters, Lyric Collins and Jasmine Renee Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends.
