Kemuel Willingham was born October 7, 1973 to Jamil and Jean Rahmaan in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kemuel blessed many through his patience, talents, and creative mind. He attended Cincinnati Public Schools. Kem was very athletic and played EVERY sport. He was always willing to teach and coach his siblings, nieces and nephews. Kemuel cherished his quiet time, meditation, and he shared a oneness with God. As a talented artist he enjoyed drawing and writing poetry, leaving a legacy of creativity. Kem is preceded in death by his grandparents, parents and oldest nephew Jameel Willingham. He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Yvette Willingham, Stephanie Willingham, Christine Foree, Vincent Willingham, and Tarajee Raahman as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at the Walker - Walnut Hills Chapel , 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment is in Vine Street Hill Cemetery at Cincinnati, Ohio.
