He was called to his heavenly home on June 19, 2014 at 5:17 p.m. Albert Clark preceded him in death. Kemper knew Christ at an early age and was baptized at Mildred Baptist Church. Kemper received trophies for playing baseball with the Tomahawks. He attended Withrow High School and graduated in 1985. His passion was cooking, which he started at the age of 15. Kemper's first job was at the Heritage on Wooster Pike in Cincinnati, Ohio and his last job was at the Quarter Bistro in Mariemont, Ohio. Kemper cooked for 32 years at several area restaurants. Kemper leaves behind his loving mother, Valerie Clark; four brothers, Victor Wadley, Brent Clark, Stevie Clark, and Eric Clark; sister, Linell Clark; two sisters-in-law, Bridgette and Michele Clark; three uncles, James Summerlin, Lindell Summerlin, Hank Summerlin; two aunts, Qular Booker and Beatrice Byrd; special nieces, Erica and Jayla Clark; a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
