Kelly Michelle Dunaway Jennings January 3, 1962 – February 11, 2025

Kelly Michelle Dunaway Jennings, 63, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on January 3, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kelly was a devoted daughter, a loving mother, and a cherished grandmother.

Kelly graduated from Scarlet Oaks with a degree in law enforcement. She was a dedicated and hardworking professional, excelling in both loss prevention and hotel hospitality. Known for her vibrant spirit, she found joy in music—ranging from Guns N' Roses to Sade—and treasured her moments of solitude and self-care. Her kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her beloved children, Ryan (Jamee) Jennings, Cory Jennings, and Carly Jennings; her adored granddaughter, Christyn Jennings; and her mother, Maryann Dunaway. She is also lovingly remembered by her siblings, Tim Dunaway, Karen (Neil), Christy (Donny), and Kevin Dunaway; as well as her nieces and nephews: Megan, Courtney, Tyler, Rachel, Jason, Emily, Kayla, Katie, Brad, Allison, and Grace. She leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished by extended family and dear friends.

Kelly was preceded in death by her sisters, Becky Schneider and Sharon Sheldon.

Her warmth, laughter, and generous heart will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those who loved her.

Gathering of family and friends is from 3:30 pm until 4:00 pm, on  Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The memorial service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 4:00 pm.
