Kelley B. Forte, age 34, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016 in Hamilton, Ohio. He was born March 9, 1982, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Friday, September 9, 2016, at the St. Mark AME Zion Church, 9208 Daly Road, Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 11825 Pippin Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45231.
