Keith Denton, fondly known as "Baby Boy", was born to the late Rube Lee Denton and Dorothy Mac (nee Davis) on June 28, 1964. Keith gave his life to Christ at a very young age. He departed his life at the young age of 48, on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Keith attended Western Hills High School, where he was an excellent student. During his high school years, he participated in many activities including Upward Bound in preparation for college. After graduating from Western Hills in 1982, Keith enrolled in the University of Cincinnati College of Business. While a student at UC, he participated in many internships, including working with the Cincinnati Police and the Proctor & Gamble Company. Keith graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. Keith worked for Sibcy Cline Realtors until forced to retire due to his illness. Keith had many passions: baseball, boxing, and football. He was an avid sports fan and he attended many major sporting events, including four Super Bowls. He loved to travel and would roll at a moment's notice. Keith was fond of automobiles and owned several over the years. His cars included a convertible Mustang 5.0, a Taurus SHO, and a Suzuki motor bike just to name a few. Keith enjoyed playing games of chance and his favorite was the lottery. He liked listening to music, especially Reggae. Keith loved being the center of attention and he loved to party! If there was a holiday or special event, you could count on him to get the party started. For one of his birthday parties Keith rented an entire B&B Riverboat – people at still talking about it. Keith was generous, humorous and intelligent. He loved being controversial. But most of all he loved his four brothers. Keith became ill in 2001, but he fought his illness each and every day until he departed his life. Keith leaves to cherish his memory: brothers, Andre, Rube, Craig, and Jeffrey; sister, Martha Harris; nephews, Andre, Anthony, Alex, and khari; nieces, China, nyla, and Tamya; sister-in-law, Toni Denton; stepson, Brandon Suggs; special friends, Suzanne Gosney, Marrisa Spears, and Sandra Suggs; lifelong mentors, Helen and Harry Dory, Viola leach, Dan Schimberg, Barb and keith L. Thomas Sr., and a host of family and friends. Funeral services 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 28 at Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Walnut Hills, Cincinnati 45206.
