Katrina Smith, age 57, of Amelia, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020.  She was born  November 2, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Walker- McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park - Erlanger KY, 3227 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
