Kathleen M. Wergowske, age 39, passed away on Saturday, Janurary 4, 2020 at UC Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born May 26, 1980, in Dayton Ohio. Kathleen leaves behind her significant other, Chad Trentham (Destiny and Donovan); Sons, Brendan Wergowske (Delayne Lamb) and Christian Wergowske; mother, Diane Dann; Fathers, John Carroll and Gilbert Wergowske (deceased); step father, Vernon Dann; sister, Mary Beth Wergowske (Jason Ross), Nieces; Andrea Wergowske (Cody Long) and Haley Buckley (Nicholas Howard); great niece; Payton Long; Great Nephew, due in February, Granddaughter, due in February; best friend, Kristi Kay (Cheeseman); many cousins, friends and extended foster family members.

Visitation is from 9:30 am until 10:30 am on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the St. Susanna Catholic Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason (45040). The Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:30 am.

Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.

A small luncheon and gathering will be held at St. Susanna after the Interment for all who would like to join.
