Katherine aka "Miss Kitty" L. Manuel, age 94, of Forest Park, Ohio, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born May 2, 1926, in Queen City, Texas.

Visitation is from 9:30 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at the Inspirational Bible Church - City of Destiny, 11450 Sebring Drive, Forest Park   (45240).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
