Karen was born December 15, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the union of Dixson and Sadie (Langford) Feagin. She was the fourth child born to this union. At an early age, Karen accepted Christ and was baptized by the late Rev. Locy Anderson at Memorial Baptist Church, Cincinnati, Ohio. As a youth, she sang in the choir and participated in many church activities. Later, Karen moved her membership to New Hope Missionary Baptist currently, under the leadership of Pastor Donald Jones. She was a faithful member until her health failed. She attended Cincinnati Public Schools graduating from Hughes High School in 1975. Karen was a longtime resident of English Woods. She was determined, caring, funny and loved by her family. She often spoke whatever was on her mind. Rene, as family and friends fondly called her, would often remember facts, quotes and events from the family's history. She will be truly missed!!! Preceded her in death, were her parents and sister Betty F. Feagin. She leaves to cherish her memories; daughter Ayanna S. Feagin, Cincinnati, OH, granddaughter Nakia Feagin, Cincinnati, OH; brothers, Terry Feagin and Derrick Feagin, both from Cincinnati, OH, and Steven Feagin Kettering, OH; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
