Karen Fay Ballard, age 58, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.    She was born  May 26, 1963, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Thursday, June 17, 2021, at the Church Of The Living God, 434 Forest Avenue, Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
