It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Jurrien Mandel Thomas-Nelson, age 24, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 2, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Thursday, January 31, 2002, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 11:00 am until 12 noon,  on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the Trinity Northbrook Baptist, 9800 Lorilinda Dr, Colerain Twnsp (45251). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at  12 noon. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy leaves behind.

He will be laid to rest at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
