It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Jule Spears, age 86, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on March 18, 2025, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on Monday, March 28, 1938, in Anderson, South Carolina.

Interment at Landmark Memorial Gardens, 1600 Glendale Milford Road , Cincinnati, Ohio 45215.

Jule Spears was known as Mom, Aunt Jule, Grandma and GG. She was born March 28, 1938 to the union of Jeffie Gray and Mattie Lois Gray formerly from Anderson South Carolina. She moved to Cincinnati at the age of 2. Jule was preceded in death by her parents: Jeffie Gray and Mattie Lois Gray: 2 Brothers; Nathaniel and Charlie Gray; sister: Martina Thomas and a half sister Shirley Gray.

Jule accepted Christ at an early age and served faithfully at Landmark Baptist Church for over 40 years. She served in various functions and attended regularly their Legacy group where she enjoyed fellow ship and spending time with all her friends.

Jule was an avid reader for the past 20 years she has read the entire bible every year. She also would not leave the house until she had completed her morning readings which included her favorite scriptures, her daily word. She loved doing crossword puzzles in her spare time.

Jule worked as her own boss as a housekeeper for many families over 50 years. She enjoyed being her own boss but she also loved the families that she worked for. We wanted to thank the two families she worked for up until her passing. She loved you all dearly.

Jule was the rock in our family if you had an issue and asked her opinion, she would let you know what she thought you should do. But she would always tell you to put it in Gods hands and he would give you the answer.

Jule passed away March 18, 2025 in Cincinnati, OH. She is survived by her loving children Carla Sherman (David) and Marvin Spears; granddaughter Cecilia Reese (Tommy) and great-grandchildren: Aiyana and Orin Rose, and a host of other relatives and friends.
