She was a long-term resident of Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Taft High School and later served on the Class of 1966 50th Class Reunion Committee. Upon graduation, Judy was employed with Cincinnati Bell and retired after 25 years of service. Judy was subsequently employed by Meijer and SGS. She was an active member of Overflow Ministries Covenant Church where she served on the usher board and on the senior board. Judy was also a member of the Red Hat Society. She is the daughter of Willard D. and Corine Jackson, and is survived by her brothers Gale Jackson (Richardine), Kenneth Jackson (Michele), Gregory Jackson and sister, Loretta Jackson. She was a loving and dedicated spouse to the love of her life Thomas Richard Hill (deceased). She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Richard Dwayne Hill (Kelli) and Keith Hill. She is survived by her grandchildren: Keith, Sterling, Quiana, Qsahhahrah, KyIah, Zyonn, Zaryon, and Zilyon, as well as her great grandchildren: Riquia, Riylan, Raylah, Christian and a host of nieces and nephews, and special friends. Judy loved dancing, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. An energetic fashionista, Judy was admired by all. Wonderfully generous and contagiously enthusiastic, she has raised the bar for selfless giving and enjoying the full zest of life. Everyone Judy has met has been touched by her grace, her friendship, her bright smile, and her love for life, people, and the Lord. Judy never complained and always found the silver lining in any storm cloud. We are comforted by knowing that Judy is reunited with her Richard and spreading her cheer to the Lord and all who dwell in heaven. She will be forever loved and missed.
