Juanita  Perry, age 84, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019, in Blue Ash, Ohio. She was born August 31, 1934, in Butler, Georgia.

Visitation is from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm, on  Saturday, April 27, 2019, at the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church - Plainfield Road, 6850 Plainfield Road, Cincinnati  (45236). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
