Juanita Howard, age 71, of Forest Park , passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2019, in Blue Ash, Ohio. She was born July 21, 1948, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at the Greater Emanuel Apostolic Temple, 1150 W. Galbraith Road, Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
