Juan DeAlo Lester was born on September 27, 1982, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Choya Jackson and Glory Lowery.

Juan, affectionately known as “Gwoptime Dolla” Lester, was one of nine children and was raised in the West End (Lincoln Courts), where he received his education from Hays Elementary, Bloom Middle School, and Taft High School. Juan became a self-made entrepreneur and a well-known local rapper in Cincinnati.

Juan Lester had a great sense of humor. He was very charismatic, family-oriented, and caring. Juan had no problem getting the attention of everyone when he walked into a room. He was a loving father, a true brother, and a friend.

Juan leaves his loving memory to be cherished by his mother, Glory Lowery; five sons, Na’jah, Jukari, Damarion, Choya, and Princeamir; six daughters, Brook, Breana, Ryan, Brianna, Monyque, and Chyla; and one grandson, My’jah. He also leaves behind seven sisters and six brothers, along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Juan will truly be remembered and missed.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 12:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
