Joyce Fey Wolfe of Latonia, KY born on July 17, 1959 passed at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY on Monday August 26, 2019. Joyce parents John Fey and Jacqueline Robinson, her late husband Mike Payne and daughter Alicia Fey all preceded her in death. Joyce current husband Kenneth Wolfe passed hours after Joyce passed. She leaves to cherish her memories a son Eric Payne, five grandkids and nine great grandchildren and many loving friends. Services will be announced at a later date.
