Joshua Lee Raines November 10, 1981 - September 21, 2022

Joshua Lee Raines was born November 10, 1981 to Dora Jones and Clayton Raines.  God chose to call him home on September 21, 2022.

Joshua loved spending time with his mother and children.  He was always willing to help family and friends in any way that he knew how.  Joshua had a heart of gold, even though he had obstacles.  He overcame many challenges throughout his life.  He had many talents, including being an artist and a mechanic.  He was a loving father, a perfect son, a loving brother, and an amazing uncle.  Joshua was so proud of all of his accomplishments.  He was especially proud of passing the test to become an engineer operator at his job.  As long as I can remember, if he set his mind to it, he did it.  Joshua always had a good spirit, having good intentions in everything he did.

Joshua leaves us to cherish his memories, his children, Zachary, Selena, Sabastian, Precious; his best friend, Angie Couch, the mother of his children. grandson, Daxton by Zachary; granddaughter, Adeline, by Gabrielle; grandson, Noah by Jada; children, Joshua Jr., Jared, and Jada; Theresa, the love of his life; his mother; step father; father; sisters; brothers; brother-in-law; nieces; nephews; great niece; great nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins and many friends.  He was loved by many.

If God knew you as we did, we will meet you again.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
