Josephine Tolbert, age 48, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born March 27, 1967, in Tuskegee, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, December 11, 2015, at the James Temple Church of God In Christ, 1116 Lincoln Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Vine Street Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
