Jonathan Keith Burch Sigmon was born May 14, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio. His parents, by deed, sincere the age of seven months old, are Louis and Delores Sigmon. His birth mother is Effie Mae Burch. Jonathan departed this life after a long suffering illness on September 2, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. Jonathan was very fun-loving, out-going person, who loved God, his family and people. He met no strangers. He would win your heart with his beautiful infectious smile. Even during the most difficult days of his illness he always expressed a very special love and concern for the well being of his parents and his 14-year-old son, Jonathan DiAngelo Stallworth. Along with his parents and son, Jonathan leaves to mourn and cherish his memory: his birth mother, Effie Mae Burch; a very special devoted friend, Maggie Jackson; grandmother, Ella M. Brooks; four brothers, Morris, Alfred, Darnell and Shawn; two sisters, Janice Sparkman (nee Ulysses) and Vanessa Lee; two uncles; three aunts, two nephews, two nieces, one great-nephew and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Saturday, September 5, 1998, at Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Donald E. Jones, Pastor, Officiating. Interment in Vine Street Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers: Anthony Dobbins, Gary Trumbo, Ulysses Sparkman, Gregory Simmons, Jeffrey Simmons, Shawn Sigmon. Flower bearersMass Choir and Usher Board.
