With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Johnnie Mae Powell, aged 92, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who peacefully transitioned on Saturday, June 8, 2024. She was born on February 26, 1932, in Bogue Chitto, Alabama.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, June 17, 2024, at the New Vision Missionary Baptist Church, 3851 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 7:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

Interment will occur at 10:30 am on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio.
