It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Johnnie Mae Hurry, age 76, of Covington, Kentucky, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. She was born on Tuesday, October 10, 1950, in Covington, Kentucky.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the United Community Christian Church, 1710 Maryland Avenue, Covington (41014). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

She will be laid to rest at Mother of God Cemetery , 3125 Madison Avenue, Fort Wright, Kentucky 41015.
