Survived By: Wife-Jane Elizabeth (Biz) Smalling, Daughters: Chasity R. Armstrong, Tisha D. Smalling, Christina B. Cooper and Courtney J. Smalling, Son- Liam X. Smalling, Sisters: Charlene Workman and Margaret (Peggy) Workman, Grandchildren: Casandra Torres, Philip Bowen, Maddison Armstrong, Shelby Armstrong, Johnathon Bowen, Trinity Smalling, Shawn Patrick Martin,  Shawn R. Cooper and Four Great Grand Children.
