John Arthur Phipps, age 79, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born Tuesday, December 25, 1934 in Gurley, Alabama. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Church Of The Resurrection , 1619 California Avenue, Cincinnati (45237) with visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
