John P. Nerlinger was born  January 30, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He passed away at home on Tuesday, July 8 at the age pf 60  .  Beloved companion to Tina Short for 25 years.  Former graduate and administrator of Wilmington College.  John was a fix all and know all of most anything.  Many will miss his talents and his selfless giving to help others in need.  Survived by his extended family members Jessica Cope, Alyssa Meyers, Robin Thomas (Eric). Brothers Joseph Nerlinger (Barb) and Paul  Nerlinger (Theresa) and sisters Melissa Nerlinger and Kathy Bonfig.  A special nephew Joe Nerlinger and his wife Tasha.

He was preceded in death by his father Joseph P. Nerlinger and mother Jean C. Cropper and sister Cindy Hughes.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, August 10, 2018, at the Walker Funeral Home,  7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
