Dr. John Alan Jacobs, M.D., passed away July 28, 2008. Loving husband of Moya P. (nee Chesterman) Jacobs, dear father of Stephen (Katie) Jacobs, Susan (Philip) Dohm, Bill Jacobs, Edward (Pam Kabbes) Jacobs, Elizabeth Jacobs, Penelope (Andrew Robinson) Jacobs, and loving grandmother of thirteen grandchildren, departed peacefully on July 28, 2014.
