John Lee Carter, age 53, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born December 24, 1963, in Hughes, Alaska. Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206).
