Bartholomew, John Kelly, survived by mother Claudia, brother Claude (Kathy), sister Tresa (Clinton), daughters, Paige and Brooke and sons, Ian and Jack, former husband of Monica, fiancee of Katie, uncle to many nieces and nephews, age 35. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Paige and Brooke at Huntington Bank or Ian and Jack at US Bank.
