SERVICES RESCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, MAY 29, 2021

Johan Sullivan, age 35, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  December 20, 1985, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm, on  Saturday, May 29, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 2:30 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
