Joel Willis, age 85, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born August 7, 1929 in Paris, Tennessee. Visitation is from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., on Friday, February 27, 2015 at Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church, 9991 Wayne Avenue, Cincinnati (45215). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation and will begin at 10:30 a.m. Interment is in Dayton National Cemetery, Final arrangements entrusted to Walker Funeral Home, 1025 E.
