It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Joe C. Dorris, age 82, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on Sunday, February 8, 1942, in St. Francis County, Arkansas.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the St. Simon of Cyrene Episcopal Church, 810 Matthews Drive, Lincoln Heights  (45215).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
