Joe Brown, age 76, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born November 1, 1938 in Keystone, West Virginia. Visitation is from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm, on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 6:00 pm. You may express online condolences at www.HerbWalker.com.
