JoAnn Tolbert October 14, 1943 - January 13, 2023

It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of JoAnn  Tolbert, age 79, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Friday, January 13, 2023, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on October 14, 1943, in Birminghan, Alabama.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, January 20, 2023, at the Word Of Deliverance Ministries for the World, 693 Fresno Road, Cincinnati  (45240).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Springdale, Ohio 45246.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
