It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of JoAnn  Garrett-Colson, age 78, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 18, 2024, in Hebron,  Kentucky.   She was born on August 9, 1945, in Detroit , Michigan.

The family will observe private services.
