Joann E. Burnett, age 69, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born May 29, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00am until 12:00pm on Monday, February 1, 2016,at Quinn Chapel AME Church, 10998 Southland Blvd, Forest Park (45240). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow Arlington Memorial Gardens in Mt. Healthy, Ohio.
