Jimmy Ray Westbrook, age 69, of Cincinnati, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020.  He was born January 31, 1951 in Thomasville, Alabama.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2020, at the Walker Funeral Home - 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
