Jerry Smith, age 70, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born March 26, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at the Kemper Road Christian Church, 11609 Hanover Road , Forest Park   (45240).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
