Jerry Hubert Gwyn, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  January 31, 1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He is survived by: his daughter, Candice Aikens; grandchildren, Allison (Devin) Foley and Alex Aikens; his siblings, David and Betty Jean Gwyn and his sister-in-law, Laura Jean Dornbach.

A Celebration of Jerry's Life will be held at 3:30 p.m.,  on Saturday, May 11, 2019 Fairfield Baptist Church, 1072 Hicks Blvd., Fairfield, Ohio (45014).   Repast will be held immediately after service until  6 p.m.,  at The Rock Community Center, 1036 Hicks Blvd. , Fairfield, Ohio (45014).
